i changed the front page, added the spotlight block

so i have been working on the XM-Spotlight Lately. Forum LINK. been testing it out and trying to find bugs and things that would cause it to not work correctly.
so far i realized that .. i forgot to add an. if imgspotlight link is blank than dont include an image link.
